Cheryl is a versatile recruiter who enjoys identifying talent across a spectrum of technologies, particularly Oracle and SAP.

Joe has spent his career in Technology recruitment predominantly in the Oracle market.

Grant’s Inquisitive nature and early passion for the sea, led him to take up scuba diving, fascinated by the tranquillity and infinite detail offed by Diving, combined with the experiences gained by close interaction from people of many different cultures.

Liz is an experienced recruiter whose career in IT recruitment goes back to the dotcom days, currently focused on the ERP space.



Our key differentiator is that we apply search methodology for all roles and as such we rarely advertise.
We are very niche in terms of the sectors we work in and are committed to representing exclusive candidates who are not available elsewhere quite simply because our networks are built around tomorrow’s applicants – people who are not actively in the job market and are therefore not represented by our competitors.  We don’t pedal the CVs of candidates who are registered on every job board and with multiple agencies as this simply creates duplication, frustration and we believe, often identifies a lower standard of candidate with less commitment to the specific role and client
Our focus is on thoroughly understanding both the cultural and technical requirements of the client, department and hiring Director.
Many agencies have become so absorbed with activity targets that they fail to dedicate enough time to developing candidate networks.  We spend a large percentage of time mapping our market and building credible relationships with today’s and future top performers in their niche verticals, often for months or years before placing them.  Our database is probably smaller than most of our competitors because we are selective. Background screening and Psychometric assessment is included as standard practice.
We offer two options for behavioural assessment and ability testing depending on the business requirement and seniority of the vacancy.
Thomas International PPA DISC Profile.
This online personality assessment has been selected because of the four traits measured D-Dominance; I- Influence; S- Steadiness and C- Compliance, taking around 10 minutes to complete and can be conducted in multiple languages.
Thomas also offers ThomasJob - a Job Comparison Report.  A job analysis questionnaire is completed online by the Hiring Manager, candidates complete the PPA and the comparison report includes gap analysis, compatibility rating and suggested interview questions.
Time Sourcing conducts both standard background and Advanced / Enhanced checks.
Background checks relating to ID, eligibility to work in the relevant country, verification of qualifications and referencing, typically form the most common request, however in certain circumstances, enhanced checks may be required. Your specific requirement can be discussed during the initial scoping.
