Yana began her career in recruitment focusing on executive search and hiring for academic, and R&D institutions worldwide. In 2021, she transitioned into IT recruitment and gained experience in outsource and in-house recruitment.

Yana has a proven track record of hiring across technical, executive, operational, and business functions at all levels. She holds a Master’s degree in Intelligence and International Security from King’s College London, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Peace and Conflict Studies from London Metropolitan University.
