Having lived and travelled across different continents, she has gained strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Paula studied Business and Events Management in the UK, where she developed a strong sense of creativity, organization, and attention to detail. Curious and people-focused, she thrives on the challenges and opportunities of today’s fast-changing recruitment landscape.

Outside of work, Paula is a nature enthusiast who enjoys spending time outdoors and swimming – a passion rooted in her background as a professional swimmer. She also loves expressing her creativity through handcrafting jewelry, having completed specialist courses in Bangkok, and finds inspiration in exploring new places and cultures.
